Whether you prefer the fun energy and camaraderie that group fitness classes offer, more private and personal exercise sessions tailored to your individual goals, or a combination of the two, convenient times are offered before and after your workday at the Colorado Center, even on Saturday mornings.

Monday - Strength / HIIT - 5:00-5:45 PM
Wednesday - Strength / HIIT - 7:00-7:45AM
Thursday - Strength / HIIT - 5:00-5:45 PM
Saturday - Strictly Strength - 10:00-11:00 AM
Personal Training Times
Must be scheduled in advance. Sessions are 55 minutes long.*
